This library allows you to set the permanent (unchangeable) wind for the whole game through the Map Editor. :)
Choose the library in the map editor, put the PermaWind object (it's invisible in the game), click it and input the values like percents, for example, 100 will set the max wind to right, -100 will set the max wind to left, -117 for full bar to left, etc...
The wind powers are made with a perfect accuracy, for example, if you put 100 wind, it will be exactly like the WA's max wind to right, precise to a 0.00001!

Some examples:

-100: WA's default for max left wind.

-50: half power left wind.

0: no wind.

50: half power right wind.
Image

100: WA's default for max right wind.

117: Full bar. 117 for right, -117 for left.

500: omg... It's so FKIN FAST! 500 for right, -500 for left.

1029: it's so fast so that it doesn't even move!!! 1029 for right, -1029 for left.

The limit of wind power is unknown. But I recommend not to put the extremely high values, as this can render the game laggy!

Very good job Steps this will be great for Parachute races (each map can have its own permanent wind!). Also, combining Permanent Wind with Rubberworm's wind affecting worms feature can be very interesting, specially for surfing. And your weapon "Reversed Parachute" can be very useful now ;).
