PX Scheme File Format Specification?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I couldn't find a format specification of the px scheme file format.

I wanted to write my own editor for that since (even though you nicely copied the gui of The Fiddler) I dislike the shipped editor (also because of the many redrawing and window size bugs).
I have several nice ideas for an easier to use gui which I'd also like to share if you keep the format specification closed

Is it true what Steps just told me that you didn't document the scheme format?

Too bad

Because I would so write a new GUI instead of the current PX editor which I blamed and flamed several times for several stuff
