Menu problem solved in 3.6.31.0
Windowed mode for Win 10 x64

What the.. this completely broke my WA. I can't click anything and my screen goes crazy when I install this. What is this supposed to fix exactly?

Normally, when you boot up Worms Armageddon 3.6.3.1 in Windows 10, the Menu looks like this:

This fixes the issue by making the menu a small window in the top left corner.
About your issue of making it unplayable, no idea.
