Hi there so i recently discovered the ability to mod W:A, a game that I have been playing for as long as I can remember! But After installing WormkitDS and ProjectX I cannot see any worms or my mouse when I play. But if I remove the "wkPX" file everything is ok with the game. So that means it has some thing to do with the ProjectX. What could be causing this?

Oh yes and whenever I start up a game with the wkPX file there and the quit the game I get an error message:

"Front-end Video Initialization Error
**Error** : From Graphics Subsystem, Can't create video surfaces"

any help would be great I'm at a loss here and I can't wait to try out some fun mods

Thanks

-D

Did you install WA into Program Files? DO NOT DO THAT.
Reinstall the game into a good, permitted catalog, or set up full write access for your folder.

However you can also download the sprites separately:
http://myfiles.my1.ru/wa/other/PX.rar
PX folder has to be in the WA folder.

Make sure you got full write access to folder, or you won't be able to play on colour maps online, when joining a game!

Did you enable "Use desktop window" in the WA Advanced settings? DO NOT DO THAT.
It's needed only for Linux on Wine, where desktop window plays the role of a compatibility fix!!!
