after minimize wa: my weapons panel is blocked and i not can wiew weapons panel...
i have try minimize again and after 3 or 4 time right click panel return visible.

i have
win 7 ultimate 32bit
1giga ram
cpu 1.8 ghz.
nvidia geforce 6200 ...

i I solved by using shift + tab, I believe that after maximized does not take the 'mouse input

This is a known issue - if you maximize (fullscreen mode), your mouse will be visible in the top left corner, meaning that it isn't hooked into the game. just move it a bit, and it will be.
That happens because a fullscreen is almost the same as windowed mode when playing with PX. The mouse in top left corner shows you where the hidden header of a window should be.
I think, a headerless windowed mode would be able to fix the problem, but I'm not sure.
